She seen countless times how the root of the problems and imbalances people find in their lives, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, boiled down to the quality of their thoughts and deep beliefs.   After years of exploration Focused Intention Technique organically evolved into a process that uses the nature wisdom of the body to get to core root of problems to transform.
