How do I do a retreat from home?
Through telephone consultations.
Loretta offers consultations by phone and Skype to people around the world.
She brings the retreat to those whom travel is not possible. Incredibly, there is no difference in quality between an in-person session and a telephone session. The appointments are generally 50-60 minutes in duration.
The telephone sessions can be placed anywhere in the world.
Do Telephone Sessions Really Work?
Yes! I first started offering telephone sessions when I started specializing in anxiety disorders; for symptoms such as Agoraphobia leaving the house for some people just wasn’t an option to begin with.
This has also given me the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world, including Canada, America, Australia, Mexico, Europe and numerous other countries.
Provided you can ensure undisturbed time for your session, and you prepare by having somewhere comfortable to sit and a glass of water, the session will not be any different from being face to face.
The benefits of working by phone are numerous: there’s no travelling; the cost is kept down; you are left with more time to relax after your session; you are in a familiar environment, which will aid in deepening your relaxation; and you can be treated from anywhere in the world, which has proven very useful when a client has been abroad and needs assistance
